Dear Property Owners,
Wishing everyone a healthy and prosperous new year!
The board has several announcements for our members.
The January 25th, 2022 board meeting is canceled. A special board meeting will be scheduled in February.
Our property manager is changing, Christy Holloway is taking a leave of absence at PMG because of extenuating circumstances.
Our new manager is Telee Horacefield, Lake Windcrest property owners can reach her at manager@lakewindcrestpoa.com. Her direct number at PMG is 713-329-7108. Her line should be active Jan. 20th and her voicemail setup. You can reach her administrative assistant Ashley Johnson at PMG at 281-367-8137.
So many owners have paid their assessments and we thank you! You should have received your annual assessment statements in the mail. If you have any questions regarding your account, please log in to your TownSq account (townsq.io) or email manager@lakewindcrestpoa.com. You can pay online. There are charges associated with paying online, $2.95 charge to pay by ACH, and if paying by card there is a 3.5% charge plus the $2.95 to Associa. For those mailing, the USPS is often slower than sometimes expected.
A friendly reminder that the annual assessments are late after February 10th, 2022.
