ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS
Annual assessments are posted to your account on January 1st. They are due January 10th.
After February 10th, assessments are considered past due and late fees will apply.
Annual Assessment Statements are usually mailed in December. Your TownSquare account number, assigned by Goodwin, is on your statement. The 2024 Assessment is $950. There are several payment options available to you:

ACH and debit/credit card payments - $1.50 convenience fee plus 3.5% fee of the total amount.
E-check - $1.50 convenience fee.
