If you have not received a reply to your ACC Application within 10 business days of the submission date, please contact your Community Manager to check the status of your application. ACC has up to 30 days after they have a competed application to approve or deny.

How do I log into and what does our POA use TownSq for?
Please login or setup your account at Also, in your profile setting,
check your email addresses and phone numbers. The only things the POA utilizes on
the TownSquare platform is for our owners to make payments on their accounts and
open request with the manager. You will need your account number from your annual
assessment statement to access your account. If you need help with your account
number, Customer service at Goodwin can be reached at (281) 852-1155, but the
Board recommends you email for assistance. Each account has
one main user and owners can add users to their TownSquare account for others in
their household.
